This policy explains refunds, cancellations, duplicate charges, and billing corrections for Offera subscriptions.

1. Refund window
We provide a full refund for purchase or subscription renewal requests made within 14 calendar days.
2. How to request a refund
Email billing@offerastudio.com with your receipt number and the email address used at checkout. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings in your workspace.
3. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Most banks show the refund within 5–10 business days.
4. Cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewals. The 14-day refund window still applies to purchase and renewal charges.
