1. Service scope
These Terms are between you and Offera Studio Ltd (company number 17168714, registered in England and Wales, registered office: 1 Onderby Mews, London Road, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 5AU). Offera is SaaS for quote intake and response tracking.
2. Account and subscription
Keep details accurate, protect credentials, and keep paid subscriptions active. Plans renew until cancelled.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Offera for unlawful activity, spam, deceptive messaging, credential abuse, reverse engineering, or bypassing controls.
4. Billing and refunds
Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. Offera Studio Ltd is the seller of your subscription; card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by Offera.
5. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the platform available, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Liability is limited by law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms for legal, technical, or product changes. Continued use means you accept the current version.
